Update to the above: we've had one very Eruptive week and week-end here in Europe => very violent demonstrations, bombs, football match outbreaks, Macedonia crisis etc. Saw this in the China bombing and the Brazilan oilrig explosion, as well.

the ideogram = rain + excite.
It is likened to the stirring of yang forces deep in the yin ground at the beginning of Spring.
The Dragon Awakens, all is stirred up.
The energy, dormant up 'til now, is aroused & awakens, and rises to the sky releasing the beneficial rains. A process of germination which leads to thunder & lightening...
Chen = arouse, excite, inspire; thunder rising from below; awe, alarm, trembling; fertilizing intrusion...the shock of the new, rousing things to new activity, stirring things up...
51 is upsetting yet liberating, stimulating creativity...

Yet a great deal of energy is needed to effectuate this Awakening. It is said that this energy must then be contained, cultivated, "nourished", tamed .
